To the Kok-Zhailyau trail
If your goal is the hike, Country House has a big advantage: a direct, well-trodden trail to the plateau starts at the cabin — about 6 km, roughly 1 hour 10 minutes on foot. There are city-side trailheads too (for example, the "Prosveshchenets" sanatorium, bus No. 12, "Rodnik" stop), but they're farther.
Groceries and food delivery
The cabin sits in the mountains, away from the centre, so it's easiest to order groceries and ready food in advance. Wolt, Yandex Go and Magnum all deliver right to the cabin if you enter the address "Stroitel gardening community, 69". Order with time to spare — delivery to the mountains takes longer than in the city.
If you'd rather shop yourself, the nearest supermarket is Fortune & gss; a bit farther into the city are the Galmart chain and the Esentai Gourmet premium deli. Stopping by a shop on the way up is the easiest option.
